Registration Guidelines

• Conference Registration is Mandatory for all the delegates
• Please ensure to wear registration badge (Bar/QR Coded) in the conference area if provided during the conference
• Registration is non-transferable
• PG Students will have to submit a 'No Objection Letter from the Head of Department/Institute'
• Registration confirmation will be received via email / SMS on your registered mobile number after receiving your payment
• For spot registrations: Payment will be accepted only by mode of cash/card as per the availability for particular conference.
• Delegate kit would be handed over only to the registered delegate.
• Entry of the Accompanying Person may be restricted to certain areas at the venue.
• Organizer will not be responsible for any date change of the conference and any loss or theft of personal belongings.
• Post conference, no kit or workshop material will be disbursed to the delegate.
• The registration fees is refundable only as per cancellation policy.
