Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Conference registrations can be cancelled with a 50% refund if email notification is received by September 10, 2025.
  • Cancellation refund amount excludes GST charges as applicable in all categories of refund.
  • A 30% refund is available for cancellations if email notification is received by November 15, 2025.
  • No refunds will be issued after November 15, 2025. (Special requests for emergencies may be considered on a case-by-case basis by the Organizing Committee).
  • Please note that all fees for special events are non-refundable.
  • All refunds will be processed 30 days after completion of the conference.
  • The Registration fee for the workshop is non-refundable.
